Tucked into Bakoven on the quiet southern edge of Camps Bay, Villa Fynbos trades the bustle of the strip for something rarer: privacy, birdsong, and a short walk to a sheltered white-sand cove famous for its boulders and its sunsets.

The house itself is light, contemporary and quietly playful — an open-plan living space flowing onto the pool and patio, a Tuscan-style courtyard with mountain views, and five double bedrooms upstairs, each with its own character. The two front bedrooms look straight out over the Atlantic; in season, whales pass within sight of the master suite.

This is the house for groups who want Camps Bay on the doorstep but not through the window.
