Villa Nocturne

Villa Nocturne is the most architecturally ambitious house in our Camps Bay collection. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames a panorama that runs from the Atlantic to the Twelve Apostles, and the house is arranged so that terraces, outdoor lounges and the pool all face the view.

Inside, the specification goes beyond the usual: a private cinema for evenings in, elevator access to every level, a state-of-the-art kitchen with separate scullery, and interiors that balance bold design with warmth. The middle level holds an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space that spills onto the main terrace; bedrooms are spread for privacy across the levels.

Housekeeping five days a week is included, and Camps Bay's beach, restaurants and boutiques are minutes from the door.
